⑤Provide value-added services such as customs declaration, customs clearance, sorting, packaging, logistics distribution, purchase and sale settlement and trade financing.

⑥Sales-oriented, self-purchasing and self-selling enterprises shall be rewarded proportionally with VAT and local retained portion of enterprise income tax in sales links.
